This class will begin to teach you fluid pole tricks! We will start out slow, stretching, and preparing our bodies to get on the pole. Then we will move into a cohesive routine. It is a work out and also a learning experience!
Get ready for an exhilarating experience! In this class, we'll explore the art of Polagraphy, blending dance with pole choreography. You'll learn to seamlessly combine dance moves with pole techniques, creating a fluid and captivating routine. Please note that completion of Pole Flow Level 1 is required as a prerequisite.
