A beautiful mixture of Pole and Yoga with a twist!
This class offers a soothing fusion of gentle stretching, using the pole for balance and support. Then we transition into a low impact, mindful flow of pole dancing to promote a sense of ease and fluidity throughout the body.
This class is designed to teach you the art of floor dancing focusing on seamless transitions, gracefully controlled movements and executing all with a sensual flow. Our experienced instructors will guide you through a series of exercise that emphasize body awareness, core strength in a Zen like atmosphere.
This class will begin to teach you fluid pole tricks! We will start out slow, stretching, and preparing our bodies to get on the pole. Then we will move into a cohesive routine. It is a work out and also a learning experience!
A unison of Pole and Pilates
This class utilizes the pole as a prop for balance, strength, and full-body control. You will flow through a series of Pilates-inspired exercises and poses, engaging your core, and exploring new planes of movement.
